The staff were amongst the friendliest we came along whilst travelling through France recently. The location, being only one street away from the beach was perfect and the hotel is right in the middle of an area containing the best mix of bars, cafes and restaurants on the Cote d'zur.

Villa d'Elsa was such a wonderful find! It was just gorgeous! The Reception staff were very helpful and attentive! The interior was so quirky and had every amenity required! It was immaculate with a beautiful bathroom and great bed! The location was awesome as well. Close to the beach and to so many great little cafes, bars and restaurants! Very Affordable and if we are lucky enough to go to Juan les Pins again it will definitely be where we stay! Thank you so much!

Not only was the room large, spacious and well equipped, the chambermaid did a good job cleaning up and arranging the beds neatly everyday.Most of all, your frontline counter staff have made our stay a memorable experience.

I liked the professional but relaxed attitude by the staff to guests. I would certainly stay there again. The gentleman on reception was exceptionally helpful and friendly and will be sadly missed if/when he retires. - We liked it very much. Hard to believe it's a 2 star.
