Location- Within walking distance of most major sights and right next to the water. Resturant and bar was amazing!! Shuttle service saved money that would have been spent on taxis.

η ησυχια - Lovely decor and friendly helpful staff. - Our stay at your hotel has been a wonderful experience. Not only was the room large, spacious and well equipped, the chambermaid did a good job cleaning up and arranging the beds neatly everyday.Most of all, your frontline counter staff have made our stay a memorable experience.

Upon arrival, which was very late at night we were shown to our room which only had twin beds. At once the receptionist apologised and asked us to wait in the room for a few minutes, while he went away to see if he could locate for us a double room. We had a triple room at the Aeva hotel as this was the only room available when I was booking. The room, towels, etc were clean and the bed was very comfortable. We were looking for a hotel close to the Nice Airport, and what a gem.
We were about two miles past the airport...but right on the water in a
smaller town. We were able to park our car on site, as well as walk on
the promenade in front of the hotel. There were also many choices for
restaurants on site, across the street on water. Walking distance to
train station as well. So location was perfect. It was about a $30 cab
ride from Nice...so check bus and train schedules to make sure you can
retur

Everything perfect. Stunning seaview from the window. Sea just 5 steps down... Perfect location, close to centre, but not busy.
Bus # 30 goes straightly from SNCF gare.
Comfortable twin rooms.
Very nice and cozy restaurant, good breakfast for 9 euro.
Recommended to all tourists, with or without children.

The owner/staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal or walikng into town center. The Voillle Sailing Regatta was in full swing...very exciting! My wife and I loved the owners resident dog and 21 year old cat! Breakfasts were delicious...the pool inviting! The outside bar fun!! We will definitely go back to this wonderful hotel. -
