For stays of 30 days or more, the damages deposit is EUR 2000. Please note that prepayment is due by credit card or via online payment services. The property will contact you directly to organise this. The property has no reception. You can collect your keys at the address stated in the booking confirmation. If you plan on arriving after 18:00, please notify the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. For late arrivals, the property will charge: - EUR 10 after 18:00, - EUR 50 after 20:00, - EUR 70 after midnight. If you plan on leaving after 10:00, please notify the property in advance. This service is possible with an extra cost of EUR 50, depending on availability. Please note that EUR 28 apartment insurance is not included in the price. For stays of more than 15 days it costs EUR 41. Please note that any required bank fees are to be paid by the guest.
