  Very approachable and friendly staff - I felt very welcome. Pretty room with a nice wooden beam feature from the original building, in a quiet area with a window which opens out into a splendid courtyard below.   The staff were friendly and helpful, and there was someone on the front desk 24-7. The rooms were a decent size, with a good shower room, and were very clean and in good condition.
