The hotel was great, I would say it's a good balance between price and location. It has just everything you need, very basic and rooms are small, nothing extravagant, but its clean and the location is extremely convenient: 2 blocks from the CDG shuttle bus, 1 block from RER and metro stations, 1 block from Lafayette shopping center, etc.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and there was someone on the front desk 24-7. The rooms were a decent size, with a good shower room, and were very clean and in good condition. the hotel is undergoing a complete refurbishment and new rooms are very nicely done - nothing flash but very clean, modern and everything you need. Will be better when refurb finished.
Great central location 5 mins walk from L'Opera in very quiet side-street off busy boulevard.

1. Location - we had a window with a completely amazing view on Sacré-
Cœur. Close to a couple of metro station.
2. Excellent staff - helpful, friendly, English-speaking. When we had to leave earlier, the receptionist himself served us breakfast with just-from-the-bakery croissants and baguettes.
3. Public kitchen is a good thing.
4. Rather nice facilities for the money, good beds, nice breakfast.

Great location. I was traveling alone as a mid-twenty female and felt very safe. There were great restaurants and bars nearby. If you are looking for luxury this is not for you.
