Ambiance, service, food, quality of room - The manager, Pascal Garnier, was very helpful and went beyond the call of duty to assure our comfort. In particular, he thoughtfully arranged a room for us which would minimize the stair climbing, that is so difficult for seniors.

Excellent location, very comfy rooms, helpful staff, good restaurant. This was our 3rd / 4th stay at Hotel Central and we look forward to the next one. - Hotel was centrally located. Room was clean and bathroom was larger than other European hotels.

Easy to find, excellent parking facilities (through the gate = also hotel entrance !). Friendly staff. Nice renovated room (number 50, with bath and separate toilet). Hotel is well situated close to centre of Beaune which is a very picturesque place with plenty of history and decent shopping. The hotel has secure parking and is within walking distance of numerous bars and restaurants. Breakfast was good value with plenty of choice.

Rooms were very clean and staff was extremely helpful. - Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Dinner was very good, breakfast better than usually in France. Room quite large. Very likely when I return to Beaune I will stay in this hotel

This accommodation is very special. The most beautiful we have stayed in. The rooms are very large and everything is tasteful and of good quality. It is right in the centre of town and yet so quiet. The wine tasting is a must. We would return to Beaune just to stay in this lovely place.

I can say without a doubt that Les Chambres d'Imprimerie was the best accommodation we had on our 2 week vacation. The room is beautifully designed and large with all the bells and whistles. Parking is available and secure in the private courtyard. Perfect location and very peaceful. Two thumbs up! Great breakfast too. -

The decor was very hip, comfortable, and clean. It was obvious that the interior designer focused on the needs & desires of different types of travelers (i.e., family, singles, mature couples). It was interesting to see how the space was efficiently utilized for the bar, children's area, dining area, reception, etc). The staff were very exemplar in assisting us and making sure that our stay was comfortable.

We loved the hotel for its architecture and gardens. The 16th and 17th century buildings were absolulely amazing. We also love the old world charm of the bedrooms and the comfort that the hotel had. The bed was so comfortable that we wanted to take it with us and the service and friendliness of the staff was very refreshing.

We loved everything about Hotel Le Cep. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. They spoke fluent English and did everything they could to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. The room was beautiful and cozy. We extended our trip from 3 to 5 nights because we fell in love with Hotel Le Cep and Beaune.

Close proximity to the old Beaune city. Walking distance was very good.
Free parking was a bonus. Lots of amenities available. The staff were
always obliging fo our requests. - staff is really nice. Swimming pool area is nice and safe. Parking lot is private and closed with a gate. Rooms are clean.
