  The Auberge des Templiers has been on our list of places to revisit for a few years and it certainly did not disappoint. The whole experience, from arrival to departure was seamless and everything you would expect of a 5 star Relais Chateaux hotel. The Michelin-starred restaurant certainly lived up to the host of accolades that it holds.
