The staff were fantastic, from check in to waitstaff at the restaurant. There was a slight problem with our booking and the staff were so obliging and helpful. The restaurant staff were really appropriate with our younger children.Really close to great food and shopping and park for kids. Would happily stay there again. -

We loved our room, a 2 bedroom. It had lots of space with a big shag rug in the lounge area. Very tastefully decorated. Great kitchen area if you wanted to cook. All the essentials. Loved the river view from our room. Great walking track very close by. Ballina has a great pizza place that delivers. A fantastic place to stay. Loved It !!! -

The fact that it was an old wool store business converted and the facade
was left in tact. I loved the big old black doors and the floor mosaic
telling us what the building had been used for in the past. Has any
history of the building been kept to view while staying at the Oaks

I had read the reviews after I had made my booking. I probably would never had booked after reading shoddy reviews.
Well, was I pleasantly suprised!
I stayed with my 15 year old daughter, and were on the 12th floor.
This place ticks all the boxes.
All the staff were super friendly and helpful. The hair drier wasn't working in my room - house keeping replaced it straight away.

Close to Wynyard station
Lady at reception was lovely and helped me with my bags, toddler, portacot etc, she loaded me onto the trolley, including my son in his carseat and helped us unload into our room. She had a NZ accent and was wearing a grey shirt when she checked in. She was great and deserves recognition!!

We stayed in a deluxe 2 bedroom, one bathroom apartment with our 3 kids including a baby in a portacot. The apartment was fabulous, very clean and spacious and extremely comfortable for all of us. Our kids loved the heated pool and spa. Excellent location and easy walking distance to the main attractions and with Wynyard station around the corner, getting to Bondi or anywhere else was a breeze. We will definately stay here again and recommend to others.

rooms were supplied with plenty of crockery etc, and were designed beautifully. We had 8 girls in 2 x 2 bedroom apartments and had a really fun weekend away.
There is also a hairdressers/beautician next door and a few of us had some lovely treatments. -

Having been to Sydney several times staying at different hotels each time (4 or 5 stars),we always break up our stays with two hotels for variety. The Intercontinental on Circular Quay had the most professional,helpful and friendliest staff of all the hotels we've stayed at in Sydney. The sucurity was of high standard. Staff were welcoming and prompt. Easy to find and great access from street. Very clean and well equipped mini bar. Love the freedom of having the kitchenette in the room. Love the fact I don't have to step over and into a bath/spa to have a shower! I liked the newspaper, definitely a great extra. Very affordable

the friendly and professional staff; the size of the studio apartment was surprisingly very large and very comfortable; the restaurant in the hotel and the cafe next door were excellent and value for money. We have enjoyed our 3 nights saty in Waldorf Apartrments hotel in Parramatta. The location was vey suitable for us and the acco,mmodation was moder, very spacious,clean with godd front desk attitude.

I loved the late check-out, (12 noon) - all hotels should adopt this
practice of letting you leave a little later. It certainly allayed a lot
of stress and if you check-in late, you feel like you got what you paid
for. I also like the fact there was a coffee machine in your room and

was in Milan,New York,Tokyo,Stockholm or wherever it would be the

The staff were very helpful at check-in. Thereafter nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and spacious with a balcony overlooking the beach. The food in the restaurant excellent. Parking facilities were under ground and secure. We had a wonderful time. -

We absolutely loved our recent stay in Royal Pacific Hotel in Lane Cove. Such wonderful value for our family.The housekeeping staff did a fabulous job and even tucked my son's duck into his bed when they remade it. Reception staff also were supremely knowledgable and helpful. Highly recommended.

The whole weekend was excellent. My negative comment was of one staff member, who probably needs a bit of retraining. However the staff were great considering the storm that had ensued not long after our arrival. Staff could have been concerned about personal property and they still kept a smile and courteous attitude during their task at hand. I

I partciularly was extremely imporessed by the night receptionist
Nathan. I also stayed there Christmas eve and the day after and he was
on duty on both occasions. So helpful was he that I intended to write a
letter to the managemant extolling our praise.You are fortunate to have
him and youir other staff members were helpful as well. Please pass on

- staff were very helpful and we were there for our 35th wedding anniversary and a bottle of champagne was left in an ice bucket for our arrival courtesy of the hotel and on checking in, reception offered us another complimentary bottle of red wine

Their spa options were great, albeit a little pricey.
Staff were extra helpful and friendly.
The room was large and well designed. The best features included the bathroom with its own spa bath and the large balcony overlooking the golf course which was stunning.
Being a smoker, the ashtray on the balcony table was much appreciated and made the morning coffees more enjoyable.

A comfortable hotel - the room was quite large and comfortable. It had an old world atmosphere, but had everything you need. Although it was school holidays, and quite full, it was very quiet. I love the privacy of where it is situated, it is family friendly as
well as gay/lesbian friendly. The breakfast buffet is excellent. I
especially love the surrounding gardens and the fact that you can wander
around at your own pace and sit at the many different situated

The staff at the front desk and the concierge were amazingly helpful and great to deal with. Even when I had to go late at night to get something from my car the concierge happily assisted me.
