The apartment had everything necessary for our stay in Hobart. it was spacious and comfortable, in a good position for walking around the Harbour and Central city areas. The staff were very helpful and polite, Convenient guest lounge through the day supplied good coffee. Breakfast was nothing special, but there are many excellent small restaurants

A delightful city, Great Art Gallery's and Museums. Great food, fresh fish, fruit and vegetables.
We booked an apartment at the Old Woolstore Apartment Hotel because (a) it was very central to everything, (b) because we grew up on Vic. sheep properties in the 1940-60s and farmed sheep with Tasmanian bloodlines for wool ourselves and (c) because letsbookhotel.com offered great book-ahead specials.

The hot water in the shower was really hot and the pressure was good too. I could open the window to get some fresh air. I didn't realise the staff had openned it as the curtains were drawn. We only knew that it was cold and we needed extra blankets from the cupboard. However, we both slept very well -much better than usual in airconditioning a

We arrived very late due to airline delays but the young man on reception was most helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We had a compact/budget room that was far better than I expected (having read some negative reviews) and it really was great value for money. Didn't have a car so no need to worry about the carpark. We had no noise issues and had amazing views. Very clean, very comfy beds/pillows, great location as it was just a short walk to the CBD and Salamanca.

A standout for me was my interaction with staff members. Having flexibility on a business trip is critical and they went out of their way to accommodate my requests and ensure everything was set up and ready to go. I also enjoyed the conference rooms and the set up there - very efficient service and a great training venue. -

The room was gigantic and really quiet (just ask the room with windows
faced to courtyard). Really nice equipped kitchen and just minute from
the Salamanca place. Definitely would recommend it for anyone visiting

Location was awesome - absolutely lived up to the pictures, and we loved it. The space was also good - we had two separate apartments with a connecting door. - the staff very nice, design of the bedroom very good, lot of good amenities like a washing machine, a oven, tea coffee, blanket and so on

The staff member at Quest Savoy was fantastic and couldn't do more for us as we didn't get the room we booked so she upgraded us to another room at their Trinity House. I will definately be staying with Quest again and telling all my friends as well. Extremely happy. -

The hotel was conveniently located with well fitted out room, and available excellent restaurant which is why we chose Hadley's. The staff were very personal and willing to help and advise as required. The historic nature of the building was very pleasing. -

Quest waterfront is right in the heart of the wharf district of Hobart.
It is a short walk to the seafood restaurants and Salamanca markets. We
checked in at about 8.15pm, and were sitting down to a seafood dinner by
9pm. Room was very quiet. -

Reception prompt and because room not ready we were given a card so that we could use the car park. Room very clean and nicely furnished ,beautiful fluffy towels changed daily. The restaurant staff very friendly and chatty. Hotel so close everything (shops etc). we would certainly stay there again. -

Our 3 night stay was so nice we booked another 2 nights. On our first arrival wee were greeted by Alvin at the front desk who was absolutely delightful, very professional, polite and helpful and this was just one reason for us to return for another 2 nights. Staff are excellent I stay here often and each time the service is
amazing. I tried to stay at another hotel close by as the hgc was very
expensive during peak season, it was an absolute disaster. I will only
ever stay at the chancellor when I visit Hobart.

This was a great place to stay. All the comforts of home and more. From the complimentary breakfast,laundry and soap, toilettries, kitchen supplies,heated beds ,fabulous lighting,fireplace,modern bathrooms (4),everything was well thought of for the guests comfort. The beautiful house. The warm and comfortable convict cottage
accommodation. It was quiet and we were welcomed into the main house to
enjoy the beautiful lounge and have a coffee or port. It was close to
restaurants and easy to access the marina. Picked up for our tour to

It is in a central locatiion, close to public transport, walking distance to the shops, wharf and bus terminals. The Host and Hostess are very helpful and friendly. The building is heritage listed and in good condition. Good opportunity to have conversations with other guests.

Edinburgh Gallery Bed & Breakfast is a typical bed and breakfast. It has all basic needs: bed, desk, chair, bathroom and breakfast. Breakfast was ordinary, so dad and I went outside for breaky. Apart from that, we both enjoyed it very much. Service was excellent, Frank was really nice. We lived in room 2 and it was clean and comfortable. -

Central between (short walking distance) cbd and the harbour with nice
fishrestaurants and Salamanca (market on Saturday!) with his nice pubs
and good restaurants (don't forget to walk to the Salamance square,
there's a nice greek restaurant) in Hobart. Nice spacious Queen
