This motel was amazing from the great service to the fantastic view of the Brisbane river.It was close to everything.The room was beautiful spacious and very clean.The staff checked us in early as my boys where very tired after travelling all night.I cant wait to visit Brisbane to stay at the Park Regis again.Thankyou. -

Excellent location, within walking distance to Brisbane CBD AND BRISBANE SOUTHBANK AREA.. reasonable price and the facilities are very comfortable and within our expectation. Will definitely return to the hotel again in the future. The staffs are also friendly and helpful .. The Air Condition works so wonderful.. as 2 days of our stay

This Hotel is one of the best locations for visitor's to Brisbane just across bridge from city buses across the road train to airport just down the road good sized apartments so close to art's centre and South Bank. Close to footy grounds the Barricks movie/shopping precinct. Comfortable and excellant Restaurant actually one of the best I have eaten at in Brisbane, great breaky, coffee shop and pool area. I would defiantely go back.

We stayed in an apartment facing the road with river views on the second storey. Nice big balcony and no road noise inside with doors closed. A very comfortable, nice sized apartment for our four day stay. Good supplies and restaurants in close walking distance, excellent on site parking and easy access in all directions. I loved it's location in Park Road next to the restaurants- great for Sunday breakfast.
And it was lovely having a river view from the balcony- very relaxing sitting there with a coffee.
I also liked the interior design- where the front doors overlook the lobby.

very clean and fresh after a long flight, this was my second stay at Traders, I fly from Manila every 6wks with my employment, I am a Seaman.

On arrival the staff were friendly and helpful and very welcoming.
Carparking was easy - a fee of $35 but we already knew about that so it was not a surprise. Still reasonable for inner city secure parking.
The room itself was just lovely. Clean and new, modern and well decorated, I could find no fault. We had a one bedroom city-view apartment.

Allowing us to check out late was a god send to recover from bad accomm experience prior.

The location, very clean spacious apartment, even next to the railway it was quiet. Great balcony to sit and watch the world go by We were able to relax and walk to all the local cafes and resturants, the staff were very friendly. would book again when we go to Brisbane, would recommend this complex to anybody.

Firstly as I was travelling with a friend - it was far more comfortable for us to have an apartment with a bedroom/bathroom each and enjoy the larger lounge area together and cook if we wanted to in our kitchen. Far more cost effective than 2 small rooms in a big Hotel! I had never been to Brisbane before so wanted to be central to city and enjo

Deceiving at first as the door to my room was off one of the carpark
levels (I was only on level 2). But open the door to a wonderful
surprise - a huge long apartment with good bed, full size dining table,
full size fridge, oven, cooktop, smallish lounge area with decent size
tv and a large outdoor patio area with dining set and sliding doors to
block out the nearby traffic.

Close to Qpac and Southbank -walking distance within 10 minutes...stayed with a group of girlfriends in a 2 bedroom dual key room...loved the decor, lounge area and kitchen..we could catch up in one apartment and have food and drink..staff very friendly and accommodating when requiring early check in because we were seeing a show at Qpac...request

New, fully featured apt with washing machine and dryer. Great
location close to South Brisbane rail station with direct line to
airport. 10 minute walk to centre of Brisbane and 5 min walk from
southbank and cultural centre where there are numerous great
restaurants. 15 minute easy walk to Suncorp stadium. Friendly helpful
staff. Breakfast at the recommended street cafe was vast and best
value I had in whole 3 week trip. Although this isn't in centre
of Brisbane it is ideally located.
