Staff very friendly and helpful. We only had a one night stay as it was for medical reasons we were there, but I will return on the next trip up north. Loads of eating places in the area and a short walk over the road and you are on the beach. Great for early morning walks and swims. The Chateau also boasts a good size pool and spa. The room was well equipped, stove, microwave, a small fridge along with cutlery/crockery etc. etc.Undercover parking available at no extra cost. Good on ya Chateau.

Will stay again. 2 bed apartment was affordable, well laid out, clean and fully equipped. Walking distance to everything. Wrap round balconies meant that the view included beach, citiscape, canal and mountains! -

We really liked the proximity to everything and especially the beach. The facilities were great and the family enjoyed it.
In fact, the kids had only been at SeaWorld for an hour when they thought they should go back to their 'Holiday House' for a swim in the pool!. -

Managers Ben and Jodie are great people. They made us feel welcome and assisted us with tickets to the local theme parks.

We were on the 14th floor as I had requested a great view and was stunned by how good it was. We could see right out over the ocean and to the left a view of the boating channel. The apartment was lovely and we felt like millionaires. It was so nice it was hard to go out! Ben was great to us and showed us where to get a nice meal when we had arrived tired. We thought the staff were very accommodating. They really made us feel welcome.

The friendly family atmosphere which you notice as soon as you walk through the door, the cleanliness throughout the hotel, including the bedrooms. The staff were so friendly, approachable and helpful which made my stay very pleasant. -

Excellent room with kitchen and a balcony overlooking the sea! We were on the 13th floor so had amazing views of the coast! Very clean and comfortable and a great price for the room / location! A 15 / 20 minute walk to surfers paradise where all the bars / restaurants / amusement arcades / shops are, and the same in the other direction to pacific

All of it, the views, the rooms were spacious and inviting. The area it is in is fabulously close to everything, We literally parked for the whole week. I feel mean only marking the staff GOOD but I literally did not need them or see them other than entering and leaving the resort. They were friendly without being intrusive. Just lovely.

The Island Beach Resort was very handy to shops, restaurants and the beach. We found the one bedroom apartment clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our week on the Gold Coast. -
My wife and I stayed for 6 night and have nothing but praise, for the Island Beach Resort..

The location was first class, any closer to the water and you would have got wet. The staff were very helpful and polite. Don't be put off re lack of air con because the breeze off the ocean was great and kept the unit cool at all times. The units are spacious and well maintained. I loved every minute of my stay. I had guests stay for the weekend

This apartment hotel provided everything for a perfect beach holiday.The 2 bedroom apartment was nicely furnished and had a kitchen with everything you need for preparing meals.the location was perfect,directly on the beach, and a wonderful view from the balcony. The manager of the complex was very friendly and helpful. The whole building, apartment and the heated pool were very clean. Will definitely come again and can highly recommend.
