Our room, number 5, was very confortable and spacious. Large closet.
The staff is helpful and efficient. A relative came to visit, we stayed
in the sofa in the groud floor for a couple of hours and they offered
us some coffee (free!). The neighbourhood is great, and the street is
not noisy. -

The staff were friendly and very helpful. Their advice was very useful
for my wife and I to travel easily and wisely in Buenos Aires. Their
help in arranging mid-night taxi to airport and keeping our extra
baggage in the hotel had saved us a lot of troubles in our journey to
Patagonia. Particular thanks be to their excellent staff, Veronica. -

The staff went out of their way to make me feel at home.

The staff is very friendly and was very helpful in planning day trips. -
lovely room, it was, just like its name, simple and charming, wish i'd had longer than just a quick nights stay to enjoy it more. rooms very prettily decorated, even had my own little patio outside my room with vines and geraniums, a guest house with a difference, and the landlady was waiting for me as agreed for my late arrival, very accommodating and attentive.

The décor, very classy, the location it's the best about this
hotel, with at least 50 options of restaurants, bars and cafés within
walking distance. The best area to stay in Buenos Aires it's for
sure Palermo, it gives you an impression that you are a local and

things don't go according to plan. At the back end of our wedding

We loved this hotel!! Highlights for us were the valuable local knowledge the staff provided (especially Victoria), the bed and size of the room, the rooftop pool (this seems to be a rare treat at BA hotels), and lastly the best meal we had the entire trip was at the HG restaurant underneath the hotel. We only have great things to say of this hotel and would definitely return if we are ever again in BA. We also found the fierro blog Insidebuenosaires.com full of the best advise for things to do

We liked it a lot and will probably stay here again. The staff is very friendly and helpful (and multilingual). The breakfast is good; they even served homemade yogurt.
