  This was our best vacation as a family so far. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment; the largest unit. I am writing this review from the comfort of the couch on our last night. These six nights have flown by. It was perfect for our little family with twin toddlers. My spouse was working and required reliable internet - it was faster than our home service. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, - Our deluxe queen kitchen suite was perfectly clean and shiny. The decor was unique, with art from Asia and sailor motifs. Toys and games were available. It was good to have a kitchen to prepare food and sit down to eat, especially since most restaurants weren't open on Tuesdays in the winter.

  Please pass on to motel management that it was a very nice, well kept motel and an excellent value for the money. Staff was pleasant even though we checked in on a Sat night after 10 PM.   I absolutely loved our stay at Rockaway Beach Resort. Mellisa warmly greeted my daughter and I. The room was spotless and our view was amazing!! The seaside view room is awesome. You can lie in bed and watch the waves and have your fireplace going.It was so nice. THe people are really nice at the hotel and in the town! We will deffinately be back! - The room was fabulous, very spaceous, view was glorious. The staff was very accomodating even on a slow Sunday night. One little issue with freezer was resolved quickly. The staff even let us put our ice cream in their freezer for a couple hours so it wouldn't melt! DVD player and gas fireplace were nice surprises. Would even consider taking another couple to share next time with the extra room.

  The Tradewinds Motel at Rockaway Beach is an excellent place to stay. The staff is very friendly and eager to help where ever they can. We had a beachfront room with a fireplace. Wonderful view and easy access to the beach. The room was very clean and quite comfortable.
