  I checked into Grand Hyatt in Dec2013. I was pleasantly surprised by how big the rooms are; at least, twice as big as any other hotel that I have stayed in for a price around $400. The rooms are extremely good in terms of maintenance and all the facilities that you would expect of Hyatt. Good bathroom with daily replenished products . Iron & ironing board in room already . Ice machine a short walk away on same floor. Huge Lobby where the free wifi was available . Lobby included coffee shop and snack area . Nice bar area . We didn't use the restaurent or breakfast facilities preferring to eat out .

  The quietness. Like a retreat. Great food. - Staff were courteous and efficient. Checked in early but no rooms were available, they said they would call me when I could go to the room. They did. The room I got I didn't like (close to elevator door and TV not straight in from of bed). They upgraded me to quieter corner room.

  Our experience was great from our reception by the doorman helping us with our bags, our greeting as we checked in and the comfort of our room. We even got a n/c upgrade.
