  I liked the 3 restaurant options (bar in the lobby, the grille, and the steak house). I'm always in a rush in the morning when I travel for business so I really appreciated the quick continental style breakfast available at the lobby bar. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel is a little dated, especially in the bathrooms, but is very clean, and very well taken care of. The room rates are very reasonable.

  The room was much more than I expected for the price, was very impressed. We enjoyed our stay there very much, and right in middle of boardwalk, awesome! We checked in extremely early and though the room wasn't ready she drove us back to our car 3 miles away so we could park in their lot. So very helpful as we had a very tired 4 year old in tow.   The room was clean and comfortable. The exercise room was MUCH better than I expected. Most Hotels only have a small room with a couple of pieces of equipment. You have 3 exercise bikes, 4 treadmills, 3 or 4 elliptical trainers, Several large screen TVs to watch. A nice set of nautilus equipment and an assortment of free weight dumb bells. The indoor pool was nice my son used it and the sauna and liked both. - We stayed the weekend of the Preakness and many college graduations in the area. We were there for a college graduation at 1st Mariner Center, across the street, so it could not have been more convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and the overall condition of the hotel very good. Parking was also convenient, safe and fairly priced.

  We were visiting Baltimore for our fifth wedding anniversary. When I mentioned it to the lady checking us in she put us in a room with a full harbor view and later they brought a small choc cake to our room. The staff was very nice especially the doorman he made us feel right at home. I can not sleep without a white noise and they searched high and low to find me a fan that I think came from an employee's office.   We stayed In a 1 bedroom suite and it was better than expected. The bed was amazing. We booked a couple of rooms at the same time and they kept us together. We came to baltimore to celebrate my 40th birthday in fells point which was not far from the hotel. We plan on definitely returning for a friends birthday.
