Upon our arrival we were welcomed by champagne in our beautiful room, and were also given treats later on. The staff were attentive to any question, request or whim we had. Ended up being pretty expensive for one night. We may consider staying again, but more expensive than we expected.

In my upcoming travel to nyc and other cities, I will now always try to stay at a Four Points Shertaon. - The front desk girls were amazing .... very happy and extremely helpful. We had room 1601 (on the 16th floor) and had a view of the Empire State Building which was fab. The hotel was very quite at night .... just what we wanted. We would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to friends/family. For the money, it far exceeded our expectations. Greenwich and Soho are literally on the doorstep, so great for eating and shopping.
