  The location is very good. I really liked the front desk crew and found them to be very friendly, helpful and cheerful. The breakfast ladies did a great job and the chow was very good, they alternated the chow to add variety. The room and the bed was very comfortable. Close to Lake George, outlet shops, restaurants and the amusement park. It was surprisingly very quiet and the breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Fairly priced. Having two outside pools was nice. You should advertise that.

  It was the best we could find for this price in the location we needed to stay. The staff is a friendly family and they manage the place pretty well.   Indoor waterpark was great for kids (11 & 6). Be sure to read there website about the waterpark. Great for rainy days. Also the arcade was quite big which also took up some time (and money) for the kids. Downtown Lake George Village was nice for shopping and finding places to eat.   This is the second time I've stayed here, both times on my way farther north. For a traveler, you can't beat the location -- it's about 2 minutes off the Thruway. The staff is very nice. I arrived at 11pm, and the guy at the front desk moved me to an inner room so I wouldn't hear the Thruway noise. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the show - The hotel was very convenient and clean. The staff was very helpful and personable. When we returned later on our second day, the room looked just as if it was just new.
