I had forgotten that our room had a full mini- kitchen (refrigerator, stove, sink, microwave) so that was a nice surprise when we walked in. The pool was heated and the hotel provided pool towels.   When we checked in Angela at the front desk was so very helpful. Because we are in our 80's she was offering us a room on the first floor so we would not have to worry with elevators but we chose to be higher so we could use the balcony and watch the ocean.   I was excited about the reduced golf fees set up between the resort and thirty-two golf courses in the Myrtle Beach Strands. The rates were better than I could have received at the local Senior Center. As a single golfer, all I needed to do was go to the activities office, located on the second floor of the resort, and make my request for that day... was die leute sagen » and the time I wished to play. It was not in the middle of the busy part of Myrtle Beach. The pools were nice and having the parking deck attached to hotel was nice since it was raining part of our trip. Staff was nice and rooms and hotel was clean and up to date.

After spending one night listening to dogs barking and whining we requested to be moved to another room and a wonderful room was found for us on the 5th floor of another building. The view from our room was exactly what we were in Myrtle Beach for. I will recomend Springmaid Resort to my friends and look forward to visiting again.

  The apartment was great! Plenty of room and we really liked the washer/dryer addition along with all the furnishings. Having a TV in the bedrooms and the living room was very nice. - Glad it had elevator since we were on 3rd floor. Room was clean. People above us were loud at times.
