  We loved the location of the hotel - near the seaside and located in the very charming town of Edmonds. Because we were travelling with our daughter, son-in-law and two grandchildren plus another young family of four we very much appreciated the pool facilities.   The price. I paid $79.00 thru letsbookhotel.com. Cleanliness: The room was immaculate! The hotel itself is rundown and old, but the rooms looked like the showers have been renovated and upgraded. I would stay here again because of the cleanliness. Friendly front desk. - Room was larger with a frig and micro,coffee pot. Hbo,lots of channels.   The room was reasonable and the location for visiting a friend was great. Having kfc in front of my window left a chicken smell but that was ok as I like the product. It would be annoying if I didn'T. - Close proximity to where I needed to be. Excellent value.

The bed was amazingly comfortable with a mattress that was the perfect combination of firm support and heavenly softness. Newly renovated rooms with comfy beds, large flatscreen TVs, super clean throughout and a friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast included waffles, yogurt and fresh fruit. Free parking as well. Super speedy wifi included as well. Can't recommend this hotel more highly.
