The staff at this hotel were amazing,professional and without getting
into details the mgr. Went that extra mile and they truly appreciate the
support and trust I definitely would recommend staying there again.

It was not stated, when I called the hotel, to confirm our reservation, that there would be a charge to leave our car.
The rooms were not quite soundproof. We could hear hallway noise, showers running etc.
Went to the breakfast & no more milk available by 9 AM. (Saturday). Eating cereal dry was not really a treat.
The air conditioner in my room did not work very well.

We had a early morning flight.
Nothing was done.. the noise continued about 1:00 AM; we had a wake up call at 5:00 so very little sleep. It appeared our noisy neighbors were consturction workers... guess the value was placed on them versus us, airport/travellers.
The hotel clerks were not helpful, did not receive room service
for 1 day??.
I did not like the lack of cleanliness. The carpets were dirty and there
was a big spider on my bed.
i didn't have a fridge or microwave in my room, and i paid the same price as my cousin who DID have a microwave and fridge in her room?! i should have paid LESS for my room i think.
I made a wake up call for 4am because I had a 6:30am flight. I even set the bedside alarm. Neither happened and I almost missed my flight!! Not happy!.
some of the staff needed to be better educated about the area.
Staff needs to listen to what the customer is saying before they answer, they should not attempt to read the customers mind or jumping to conclusions.
We got to our hotel and had booked a room with a king size bed. The man at the front side because we hasn't booked directly with them that they couldn't guarantee the room we wanted, just that we would be given a room. He said they were so booked up we would have to stay in a double bed room. I also had a coupon and he said that I wouldn't be able to use it because again I didn't book directly with them. The beda were super small and the pillows were the size of couch pillows.
Noise in the hall woke me up twice, thin walls and doors,had to have room changed because room initially assigned did not have phone, door latch, and TV did not work...second room fine.

bathroom, shower leaked and had mold. Dingy and small bath towels. Not fresh. Mattress uncomfortable. Noisey outside of building. Power went off, no lights, no phones the entire time of my stay. No pool. Hot breakfast would have been nice.
it would have been nice to at least have a real continental breakfast advertise having breakfast and it wasn't very good at all even for Continental quick breakfast.
Booked non smoking got a smoking room

wifi didn't work.
Could not take shower due to water temp being to hot. Water was scolding
hot. Shower surround needed repair when water turned on in shower, water
leaked out on to the floor. Called front desk to inform them of issues
and they stated that they would give info to maintenance when he
returned on Monday. Did not offer another room to correct issues. Will
never stay at location again and will not recommend to anyone.
No elevator--83 & 79 year olds who had to drag their suitcases up
the stairs. No porters.
Booked 3 king bed rooms for 3 of us on business trip. Arrived and they told us only twin beds available.
We specifically asked for a non-smoking room The room we got not only
smelled of smoke but we found an empty cigarette pack next to the bed
stand, so clearly the room was not thoroughly cleaned. The tv in our
room did not work and the shower was not fully functional. To the credit
of the staff, they did respond to our complaint and moved us into a
different room. It still smelled of smoke but at least was cleaner.
Won't stay there again.
