Was die Leute sagen
What a fantastic place! Crisp clean sheets and fresh towels, a refreshing change from other guest houses I have stayed at. The owner, Ed I think? Was very friendly, he even sat on the table next to us at breakfast one morning to give us local tips on where to go. The breakfast was top notch - my daughter liked the small cereal boxes. (I refuse to buy them at home!) I have already booked to go back in July 2014, but this time for a week - hopefully we will have good weather! There is a table ful. alle bewertungen »
The facilities were spacious and clean and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were very thoughtful and put a children s programme on the TV for my young son and gave us some bread to feed the ducks on the mill pond which is a local beauty spot.
The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful with giving information about the area and how to get where. The location was good, from where city centre as well as the beautiful pond surrounding the Castle could easily be reached.
We as a family found ed and michael friendly and very helpful and found they were very accommadating for our two boys who can be fussy eaters and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at cannaught guest house.
The breakfast was the best I have had for a very long time. As for value
for money this guest house must rate very highly amongst any other low
priced accommodation in Wales.
When we arrived the gentleman was very friendly and helpfull. We felt that any thing we wanted or wanted to know he was there to help us.
Very friendly breakfast was excellent you had a choice of food to eat they were helpful things were not to much trouble for them.
The staff were especially helpful and friendly with lots of information
on the local area.
Great value
Staff were very helpful and knew the area well and about all train services.
Very friendly staff and really nice breakfast freshly cooked.
Nice room, and michael was very pleasant to deal with.
Excellent breakfast, very friendly owners and staff.
Good location, clean room, superb breakfast.
Comfortable room, good breakfast.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Nice big clean room for the money
Great free Wi-Fi
Close to everything in Pembroke
Nice breakfast.
Staff very plaisant.
Breakfast was good.
the location was fine.
breakfast excellent.
The tenant who welcomed us was nice as well as the breakfast he did.
The location was pretty good.
There was nothing to dislike.
The overall facitlity was good, unfortunately the beds weren't too comfortable. However, I would definitely visit this Guest House again.
there was nothing to dislike although it would have been useful to have some cleaning equipment available in the family room and perhaps a clock and ventiliation.
I am loath to criticise any thing about this guest house. I chose it by
price and was very pleasantly surprised. Not the Ritz but I have good
memories of our stay here.
Wish there was a place to dry wet clothes.
Breakfast wasn't great but you get what you pay for.
A little noisy as it is on a major road.
It's good value for money but as it is a very low priced option don't expect the room and facilities to be more than basic.
No complaints.
Lack of ventilation in room.
Toilet didn't flush (broken).
Bit noisy outside.
Free parking was limited to how busy the street was.
lot of noise (near the main road of the town).
Curtains are transparents. Difficult to sleep if you used to sleep in the dark.
Staff onsite were smoking despite the no smoking claim of the hotel. As an asthma sufferer this made life miserable. I would never use this hotel again.
The breakfast was poor. tined tomatoes which had a lot of juice swimming eggs around them. fresh cooked tomatoes better. also plates cool when food served.
the pics on the site are not as the real very poor standards of the accomodation generally are.
Owners not here, they let a tenant do their job
Dangerous balcony about to collapse on the street
Dirty floor in the room, bathroom not cleaned for ages, cobwebs everywhere, toilets without light.
Wifi not working.
Fridge broken.
The rooms were way too worn to be used as BB. There was an unpleasant smell of an old house which is not loooked after.
