  Hasan (owner with his family) and his staff are extremely helpful and pleasant. Hasan himself did transfers to and from Izmir airport for us and was so helpful with prompt emails after our flight times got changed 5 times! Oh and also the Hotel has AMAZING - The hospitality of the host and staff which was amazingly professional ,helpful and knowlegable for such a small hotel . The rooms were spotless, spacious and comfortable with stunning views of the harbor . The promise of access to a swimming pool was an added plus that some hotels in this price bracket just don't accommodate. The hotel was well displayed and it only took a question to a nearby shopowner to direct us in the right direction ,but the views far outdid this small inconvenience
