  The big trick is finding it in the windy streets. Do as the locals do -squeeze up To a wall, allowing other cars past. We found parking near the city wall, and in the Plac St Jean, 2 streets down. Friendly staff, good Wi-fi, great views, good breakfast - we mastered this village in half an hour - Beautiful views from our room.   Well set up apartment near the old town walls. Secure car parking under apartment. Lots of bars and restaurants within a short walk. A visit to Museum and Church a must. Lovely views from 2nd floor balcony. Jose's daughter speaks good English. Jose and his wife take very good care of the apartment.

  The hotel is inside the walls of Morella and in a beautiful location. The staff were extremely helpful and although there is no parking at the hotel you can drop off bags at the door and the staff will assist. Free parking is available within 400 metres, just outside one of the many gates. Breakfast is geared to continental style although if you ask the staff they will provi - The building itself is very interesting - a bit like stepping back in time but with luxury thrown in. We were pleased to see that as part of the big refurb carried out recently, they must have upgraded the beds which are now really comfy (unlike when we stayed there about 4 years ago when the beds were so hard, we couldnt sleep) We decided to have breakfast and it was excellent. One of the reviews said it was "very basic but to be expected for the cost" We paid 8.80 euros each and found it good

  Spain at it's finest!. I travelled to Morella so that I could attend the World Superbikes racing at Motorland in Alcañiz. For me it was a late booking and I needed a place to stay within a reasonable distance of the circuit. What a wonderfull surprise for me when I arrived at Morella, And then the Hotel Font de Morena. The ride to and from Alcañiz - Reception staff excellent & friendly & delt with our booking. Room was clean & nice comfy beds & new decor excellent bathroom with walk in power shower & hair wash/shower gels hairdryer & soft towels. More like a four star. Great value in the centre of Morella. Good location for the moto gp at Aragon the track is a easy 55 mile drive away.

Already plan to stay again in the same hotel in September. - Great location at the bottom of the medieval town, easy free parking. Fantastic views from bedroom. Nice standard of continental breakfast.
