  Staff in the reception was very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was really nice and staff allways provided us with a bottle of water before leaving the hotel. The location of the hotel is great, just 5 minutes walk from the Cathedral and Alcazar. The room was spacious and the bathroom was huge. It is strongly recommended. - All in all a fine hotel but nothing extraordinary except very helpful staff. Location was good but very hard to find. Thanks to the review of a previous guest we mentioned the name Plaza Santa Cruz to the taxi driver which we took after we parked our car at a far away and very expensive public parking. Breakfast was so so, not even eggs or fresh juıce.

The hotel was very clean, attended to and the staff was one of the most cheerful, attentive and personable we experienced in all of spain. They made it special for us. Very tastefully decorated and scented - scented candles burning in reception and one in our room. Very helpful reception staff who talked us through good places to eat, drink and visit. The booking had been made one month ago and we had received full confirmation of our booking, so thi - The breakfast buffet was 5 Euros and there was a different choice of coffee, cereal, yoghurt, bread, meat and cheese. The room was large and clean with high ceilings and the wifi signal was strong. A woman at the front desk was very helpful and voluntarily gave us a lot of information about the history of the city, what to do and what to see. She was great. The location was good, too. It's within walking distance to both Alcazar and Seville Cathedral.
