Perfect. The hostal itself is new and the messages on - Pillow Ramblas is very conveniently located right on La Ramblas. Minutes walk to everything you need. The staff were absolutely delightful - particularly Eva and Gina - always smiling, always helpful. Rooms were newly renovated, very clean, bright, spacious. Breakfast was also very nice with a beautiful spread of pastries, sweets, hams, cheeses and a nespresso machine. Highly recommended, would stay there again without question.

  We were grateful that we did not have to share the accomadation as the bedrooms are very close, but we felt comfortable and warm, the whole apartment was very clean and a lady came in every day to change towels ect (you must ask as you have to pay 1Euro per towel).   Hi my name is Vlanik! We came with a friend one day and had a great time. The hotel is located just off the square named after Christopher Kollumb. The beach is walking distance about 20 minutes. Very helpful staff. We forgot in the room Sneakers. And a member of staff brought them to the other end of town. We were very touched by such attention a... was die leute sagen » nd care. Stay there you will not regret. - The staff and service was outstanding. Great! The apartment was very very clean and well maintained except for one small thing. There was a couple long hairs on my floor of my room which was disturbing. It should of been vacuumed better.

It is also close to subway Drassanes and busses to the beach (59, 64). a typical spanish building, with too small staircases, tiled floor and french balconys. Cleaning every day. 24 h reception. Only one shower on each floor, but I hardly saw any other guests. - Everything was very good. The staff was kind and responsive, the room and bathroom were clean. The main thing I liked most of all was unlimited Wi-Fi Internet with good speed. Balcony faces to the main beautiful street Ramblas, so, you can see artists and cafes along the street during the day and night life of youth at night. The bed was soft and with clean bedsheets. And it is good that there is a sink in the room.

  I love this hotel. It seems that pension is ran by family and everyone are really friendly to help me with everything and they arrange me a very quiet room. This pension is very suitable for solo travellers who are looking for low-cost - The place is in a perfect location to go for a walk or to party around downtown of Barcelona. Nice and hospitality stuff, very friendly. Also valuable for the price and calm place if you need to rest or sleep after a great night or a long walk in the city. Highly recommend this hostel and will stay there for sure when I visit the city again.

  The location of the pension couldnt be more perfect. In 10-15 min walk, you'r at the beach and in 2 min, u're at La Rambla Street. The pension is located in a small alley so it is very quiet. The room was simple but clean. The air condition, which is a must in Barcelona in July, worked perfectly. In conclusion, it is a great value/money hotel. We loved our stay - We stayed twice in a room with private bathroom and will be coming back for sure. The hotel is extremely nice: the design is simple, but very nice, in white and blue tones, the bed was extremely comfortable, rooms had a small balcony, the bathroom was clean and neat, the reception was friendly and helpful. It is 2 min walk from Las Ramblas and Columbus. All in all, you get much more than you are paying for. 10 out of 10.

Security box in the room included at no extra cost and the security that you set your own combinatioon. Just a very suprising well run Hostal and value for money. Had a great stay and would recomend for the Ideal city break location. - Exelent hotel for budget stay in Barcelona. Great stuff, especially a middle aged man on the reception, he gave us a city map, a metro map, explained how to get to the most popular turistic places and recommended some good restaurants. There's two different guest houses in nearby buildings, one is rather communal backpacker style and the other is quieter. I was in the former (without knowing what I was getting into), and they were easy going about moving me into the latter. Good kitchen set up. The backpacker place was actually pretty nice for that sort of thing, just not what I was looking for (I'm a bit older than that now, and like my peace and quiet!).
