  Venice is a small city (for me anyway) but hard to navigate, so people will get lost (I got delightfully lost several times), but I thought Residenza La Loggia was super easy to find. With only the map provided from their website I went straight from the St. Mark's vaporetto stop (from the airport) to the B&B with no wrong turns.   Das Hotel liegt ganz in der Nähe der Rialto Brücke und wenige Fußminuten vom Markusplatz entfernt. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön eingerichtet u. entsprechen total der webside des Hotels. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr gut, allerdings kosten frisch zubereitete Eier ect. extra. Die Bar ist zwar klein, aber sehr schön. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich... was die leute sagen » und hilfreich. - Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der Rialto-Brücke, daher hat man immer einen zentralen Bezugspunkt, wenn man zu Fuß oder per Boot in Venedig unterwegs ist. Das Frühstück ist für italienische Verhältnisse ausgezeichnet. Die Mitarbeiter sind auffallend freundlich und unser Zimmer war inklusive dem Badezimmer hell, freundlich und sauber.

  Das mit Abstand beste City-Hotel in einer mittleren Preislage, was ich bis dato besucht habe. Ich kann es nicht anders sagen, aber dieses Hotel ist nur weiter zu empfehlen. Es liegt zwar etwas außerhalb des Stadtkerns, ist aber mit dem Vaporetto schnell zu erreichen.   The location in the neighbourhood of the Salute church is ideal. When arriving with the vaporetto at the stops of Academia or Zattere, you can go with your luggage trolley to this B&B without CLIMBING over one bridge, just roll ! The street is residential and excessively quiet. This B&B is situated in a small old Palazzo, beautyfully furni... was die leute sagen » shed. The reception by the lady of the house was very friendly and ...she helps you with the luggage over the (steep) stairs ! The room and the bathro - Probably the nicest place my girlfriend and I stayed at during our trip through Italy. (Admittedly, we were traveling on a budget and mostly renting through airbnb.) This is a true B&B, with Massimo and his wife coming in the morning to make us coffee. They were very friendly, telling us to make ourselves at home and opening up the various cakes and pastries in the kitchen. Venice is expensive, but Ca' Santo Spirito was fairly good value for city.

The staff were wonderful! Always friendly and couldnt do enough to oblige. The hotel was recommended to us and we have in turn recommended it to others. We even showed our literature we had to the pilot of our aeroplane coming home who was looking for a nice hotel for his daughter ti stay!
