  It was a very friendly family run hotel. The family were excellent hosts and went out of their way to help you. We got a full breakfast at 6.45 in the morning before leaving which we have never had in any hotel before. - Friendly staff. Nice sauna for a good price.

  A real find! We stayed at the Belvedere as part of a four day ski break. Having flown in from London, we hired a car at Milan Malpensa and drove to Champoluc. Our flight times were such that we only arrived in the village around 10:45 pm, so we had to wait for the last Gondola up to the Crest mid station. Giacomo (the owner) was very accommodating... was die leute sagen » and came to meet us on the Skidoo at 11:30 at night! The ride up to the Belvedere in the dark with luggage and ski’s was a blast. We awoke the next m - The host. He is fantastic; kind, friendly and takes care of everything. The sights; this place is high and isolated and surrounded by high mountains. It is an excellent base for hiking. Getting up to the place includes a free Jeep ride (With an excellent driver) in alpine scenery; it was a great welcome to the place. The food; Dinner was very nice and the host can cook (and he is good cook as the food was great) wherever diet that is requested.

  The owner, Gianpaolo, is a star and your best friend! Food at breakfast is plentiful, varied and very tasty. Specially home-baked bread. Locatioin is lovely and very quiet. St Jacques offers lovely restaurants and Champoluc is just around teh corner. Nearest skii lift is 2 km and there is a very comfy parking. I am going back tehre in teh suymmer ... was die leute sagen » for some trekking. - Hosts Sara and Gianpaolo were so warm and kind. Buffet breakfast (incl Sara's home-made bread and cakes) was excellent, room was spacious. Fireplaces in the bar, breakfast room and in our apartment were relaxing! It was a fantastic stay. We felt like home :)
