Loved the room, the service, the pool, the beautiful design of the hotel, and they got tricycle drivers just outside the hotel, specially assigned for the hotel guests of Melia, which can take you to shopping spots with cheap, hassle-free charge. - Loved the service and the room.   I have been staying here for many years as in my opinion it is the best located of any for access to Jakarta and the airport. The staff is always very nice and helpful. - Excellent location if you have to be in the SCBD or Senayan areas. Helpful staff, and the cost is not too bad for what you get.

  We were on holiday with an extended family of eight, all adults. Rooms were good and staff very friendly, especially the restaurant personnel. Ideal location to main shopping destinations.   The Hotel is beautiful overall and room is comfortable and overlooking the garden. We enjoyed our stay. However there is a lot of mosquitos at night and my friend was unable to sleep due to the mosquitoes. After spraying the whole room many times then it was better.
