  I have been staying at this hotel whenever I came to Chennai over the last years. This is a very fine hotel with great rooms and very good service. - Nice rooftop restaurant. Not as anonymous as many business hotels. Great they have an ecological approach.

On my last day of checking out, My actual check off time was 6 pm but my flight was past midnight. Upon request the front desk staff one Miss Jayashree gave me a complimentary extension till 9.pm. The staff was so cooperating, in fact we arrived at 10 am even if our check in was at 2 pm, the staff welcomed us and made us feel comfortable, they had made the upgrade to a suite room with a reasonable price, and made our room available soon..!
