  First of all, the place is really nice and convenient for you to walk around the city center Fira. The apartment itself have awesome view of the caldera sea. Thats the best part of this place. Furthermore, this apartment is also suitable for couples that prefer more privacy stay. It offers breakfast for free which is tasty as well. Position perfect it is just a few minutes walk to the shops and cafes of FIra yet away from the noise. Everything was perfect.   Best hosts we have ever had at any place we have been before on holidays. We booked a budget friendly accommodation and received much more than can be expected for the price. Mikalis and Anna - the managers of "Ambeli Apartments" were amazing. We received an outstanding service from the first minute on. They gave us the feeling as we would make part of - Michalis and Anna were absolutely amazing and made my time at Ambeli a true delight. The lovely apartment was facing the pool with double doors opening to views of the hills from the bedroom at the back - beautiful! It was a few minutes walk from the end of the beach strip so was lovely and quiet while still being so close to the beach and some lovely bars and restaurants. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone else thinking of it.

  I felt the greek hospitality in this hotel. When we arrived at the airport there was a car waiting for us (and it is complimentary). If you do not like something in this hotel it will change in hours because the staff, the view, the breakfast and everything will make you feel the most important person ever. Great hotel for a romantic getaway.

  The lady that ran the hotel was lovely, and extremely helpful. The room was spacious and clean. A sort of family-run feel for such a big hotel. If I came back to Athens, I'd definitely stay here again. - The rooms were beautiful and very close to Fira, less than 10 minute walk. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

  This is my 2nd time at kastelli and this trip was possibly even better than the last! I took my mum with me this time. Antonis the manager really looked after us. We had a gorgeous room with our own semi private pool which we pretty much never left as it was so beautiful. All of the team are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast choice was great, we - Amazing welcome to the hotel by manager Adonis. Very friendly & professional team of staff. Feels like family :) the facilities at this resort are exceptional, so many pools to choose from, tennis courts, spa, salon. I love that breakfast is served till 12:00, in a relaxing poolside location. Some rooms have a pretty terrace / balcony area. Overall I loved it, will definitely recommend and go back to visit :) thank you.
