  The staff was exceptional, anything we needed, including difficult transportation situations, they handled with ease. They were extremely attentive, knowledgeable and friendly.   We had a great welcome. We were taken through all of the details of our stay and the hotel amenities. We were then left to get on with our stay, but we were helped whenever we needed it. We had a great departure. The hotel was great; the staff were great; and the stay was just what we wanted.   Excellent location if you want to visit the north side of Cephalonia - 15 minutes drive from Fiskardo and Assos, 20 minutes drive from Myrtos beach.   Seaview rooms have amazing views and are very spacious, but just a slightly dated feel about it. I've got to give credit to the staff here - they are always tentative and helpful. We stayed on half-board and I am usually a fussy eater but found there was plenty of options that I could eat and enjoy.
