  Das Hotel liegt am Rande eines kleinen Bergdorfes und bietet eine sehr gute Küche/Frühstück mit Produkten aus den eigenen Gärten. The owners and their staff were extremely good, friendly, efficient and my wife's elderly parents were looked after superbly when we went off walking,particularly by Alexander.Even before we arrived I was given help arranging car hire. Great little pool and bar for chilling. Good breakfast and food in general. The - Really nice Hotel with a great pool area, great views, helpful & friendly staff, good restaurant food with a great breakfast. Also great local Tavernas just behind the hotel. Hotel is 25 km from port of Katapola where ferry came in - 25 euros by taxis and 2.5 km from port of Aegeili. If staying for a few nights need to hire a car. Hotel organised and had it dropped off at hotel - 30 euros a day with full insurance - Thomas car rentals were very good. A must to see is the monastery!

  Nice environment, all services available in the hotel - The views are beautiful. Breakfast is very good. The room was relatively big with adequate closet space and many hangers. The pool area and spa building with salt water hydrapool are very nice.

  We stayed last year and did not hesitate in returning to the Amaranto. Stayed in room for 4 with kitchen and once again could not fault anything. Would happily stay again and more than likely will!   Amazing! Beautiful white buildings with blue shutters, right on the beach with a gorgeous view. The staff were all super friendly and gave us great advice for what to do on the spectacular island of Amorgos. Ms Nikki, Dimitris and the family are the most hospitable hosts we've ever met.   Staff at Gryspo's was very polite and friendly, offering to transfer us anywhere we asked (port/beach). Rooms were very spacious and cleaned daily, while the location is very convenient as it set on a quiet road, but just a 5-minute walk from the centre of Aegiali.   The hotel is located at the very beautiful island of Amorgos, with very friendly hosts who are all family members. We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and, after our travel to Naxos, came back for one more night. We stayed in two different rooms, both of which had balconies with fantastic views of the Aegali Bay and its gorgeous sunset.   We had the best holidays ever. The owners Dimitris and Sofia were very friendly and helpfull. We felt not like guests but like been in our home. The room was very clean with an unbelievable view to the sea. Very quite place just 100m from the center of the village. The breakfast was handmaded from the owners.   The owner and manager of the hotel was extremely nice and professional. The hotel is very clean. The choice of furniture albeit classic and simple testifies of the good taste of this family run hotel .
