  Such a nice place to stay!!!! We travelled with the whole family, so we stayed in the biggest room on the top floor. It was so so so excellent!!!!! Could have the view directly to the historical street and the harbor as well. The stuff is quite helpful and friendly. Everything was so perfect and we enjoyed every minute in Residence Bouttau. The location is very close to the promenade and the shopping and tourist centre of the town (5 mins to beach, 2-15 mins for all major tourist areas). Bars and restaurants right outside the door. Very central location, 1 minute to grocery store, 1 minute to local market with fruit and vegetables, 2 minutes walk to main shopping street and 5 minute walk down to the sandy beaches of Cannes. Lots of restaurants and cafes close to Florella Marceau. Price/quality is good.

We were happy with the nice and very cosy room we were given and it was value for money and it was a real pleasure to deal with the receptionist. They were all very helpful It is very central and about a couple of metres away from the croisette beach and not far from the train station and other amenities.
