Unfortunately, our car got towed, but the hotel staff was super friendly in helping us get it out of the impound lot. They keep a file of timetables & have plenty of good advice on where to go & what to see.   I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. It was very centrally located and easy to find, only a few minutes from the bus station where the shuttle service from the airport arrives. The owners of the hotel were very friendly and welcoming, and full of suggestions of things to do. It was quiet and comfortable, and I would stay here again. - The owners were really lovely people. Rui, who is Portuguese offered u loads of good local information and happily answered all questions. He then saw I had injuries to my feet that needed attention, but it was Sunday and the pharmacies were closed. Not only did he give me some products to help my wounds but he helped me apply them as well. Great guy. Our room was also excellent value and we were very comfortable in it.
