Breakfast is served in a very nice room with fresh fruit and pastries, yoghurt, juice, hot drinks. He made us feel very special given it was a birthday trip. Extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is beautiful and well located, walking distance to the shops and Pope's palace. The rooms are huge by European standards and well appointed. We will definitely stay here again.

The staff is exceptional and very willing to help in any way. We used Avignon as our base to travel all around Provence and felt we were returning to a quiet home estate at the end of each day. But what most impressed me was how helpful they were when I had a sudden medical emergency which led to several days in the hospital.
