  The location of the hotel is absolutely great : looking over the sea, sea across the road in 10 meters, beachers to the right ( 50m), castle and Picasso Museum - to the left - 200-300 m along the promenade with GREAT views. Sea viewing terraces are huge, beds are comfortable, - Being November and all, was still a nice setting and location. Just a shirt stroll to Antibes, market, and bars and restaurants. Staff really friendly and helpful with helping with my baggage and parking the car. My room didn't face the sea and was rather dark, but was very cleans and and oversized, like a small apartment. Fridge was stocked with drinks at very over inflated prices but hey that's France.

  This was a friendly comfortable and nicely appointed boutique style hotel, although near the bus station it was not at all noisy and was near to all amenities. We had a problem with the noise on the air-con so the proprieter found us another hotel room for the night until it was repaired. This was at no cost to us, with a lift there and back. There are no lunch or dinner facilities but you can buy breakfa - A very small hotel, but with 24 hour help. Very clean with the most modern of bathroom design and amenities. Our room on the 3rd floor was quiet, comfortable and overlooked the old city and a small pedestrian square. We were a short walk into the old city and the port. The hotel has free, reserved parking next to the hotel.

  What a gem this turned out to be! Arnaud,the owner, could not have been more helpful, cordial or inviting. The grounds, pool and home were so charming, we stayed an extra day. The dinners were fabulous, an added bonus.   Very friendly and helpful staff. We arrived late in the evening and within fifteen minutes got the keys. There was no kettle in the kitchen but manager solved the problem almost immediately. It was very pleasant to receive a welcome coffee and croissant in the morning as well as small presents on the day of the departure. The tourist information and excellent supermarket are located next door t - We had a wonderful time in the central part of Old Antibes. The room was clean and attractive. We were able to prepare drinks, breakfast and light meals with the very well equipped kitchen. The staff were exceptional and supported our late arrival by leaving keys with the restaurant down stairs. Our visit was very relaxed and Studios Perl contributed to our well-being.

  There was a sense of professionalism by Elizabeht and Philipe,the owners, who have lavished a great deal of pride in maintaining a beautiful villa. The hotel is spotless. And the aircon is the quietest and most efficient. Breakfast on the terrace, perfumed by masses of jasmine! Plentiful fresh fruit, 3 kinds of bread, cheese, cold meats, yogurts,... was die leute sagen » croissants and an ingenious machine to cook eggs just how to like them! And daily UK, French newspapers! Nearby is a post office, pharmacy, terrific - The staff were very helpful in advising and booking restaurants for us and providing any other information we needed. The breakfast was good value and eaten on a very spacious attractive outdoor terrace. The bus into Antibes ran frequently and stopped right outside the hotel which was very convenient and cost 1Euro. It was a short walk to Guardiole beach. Overall highly recommended unless you want to spend considerably more and stay right on the beach.
