As previously mentioned in other comments he gives you a mobile phone with his contact details and should you need anything you can give him a call which put our mind at rest. Rooms were very clean, spacious for 2 people and furnished really nicely almost as if in a hotel room. The kitchen - Jurica, the apt owner, arranged for us to be collected from the ferry port and we were helped with our bags. He gave us some helpful info about the city and gave us a mobile so we could call him if we needed anything. He also offered to drive us to the airport for a reasonable amount. The apartment was in an old building but had been renovated to an excellent standard. It was in a very good location, close to the palace, riva and good restaurants.   My sister and i was in Croatia (Split) first time. And i`m glad that we visited this city and chose this apartment. I felt very good there. Tonchi (the owner) was very hospitable and friendly. It was very pleasant! And our apartment was comfortable with good design, there we could find everything what we needed for rest. I hope we will come back there again - The apartment was very clean and spacious with all possible equipment. It was also on a calm area so it was peacefull staying there. Owner Tonci was extremely friendly and helpful through out out whole stay starting from the fact that he picked us up from the bus station on the day of out arrival. He also gave us plenty of information about Split and made sure we as his guests enjoyed our stay. All and all we enjoyed our stay at this apartment.

  We had the ground floor apartment which is very nice. Large living/kitchen area includes dining table and chairs as well a couch and chair. Bedroom of average size but room for luggage in the hallway. Washing machine available. Lovely back courtyard with seating under a shady vine covered pergola. Maggie was very nice and helpful. She - This roomy, stylish and centrally located accommodation provided a great base for our family to explore Split, the island of Hvar, Krka National Park, Sibenik, Trogir, Ciovo and Zadar. Most necessary mod cons are provided. The apartment is tastefully decorated and furnished. The host is friendly, helpful and inviting. The accommodation is filled with the pleasant scent of lavender along with evidence of an appreciation for the arts in every room.

Owner Elena was very friendly and helpful, and little problems, such as temporar malfunction on wifi was fixed quickly. A little hard to find as a first times, but touristinfos are eager to help.   The owner of this apartment was so helpful, picking us up from the bus stop and giving us lots of useful tips. This was a budget friendly apartment in an excellent location right near the old town of split and one minutes walk from local shops and restuarants and about 15 from the ferry and bus stops. The air conditioning was the best we had in Croatia. Our apartment had a great balcony for sitting out on. Great value city centre apartment which had everything we needed. My wife needed a hair dryer and the owner arrived with one within mimutes. Also arrived with beach towels when we asked if we could borrow some.

Apartment is great equipped with everything you may need for a longer stay. A good tip is to ask for a double bed as the other apartment has a small bed. Also, be prepared to climb narrow stairs and small doorways to the apartment - did not bother us but we just thought it was lovely.

  The situation was perfect. Very near of everything but still on it´s own peace. The host couple was most helpful and we even got a ride early in the morning to the airport when we left. We had a bit of a bad luck with pillows (which were mostly too hard) on this trip so it was a nice surprise that the pillows in this place were just perfect <3 ... was die leute sagen » - This was a lovely quiet apartment a short lovely stroll through the old narrow streets to the harbour and palace. The morning markets had delicious fresh fruit and vegetables that we feasted on. This apartment for us was perfect and the hosts were very accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed wandering the old narrow streets of Split.
