  This was a great hotel. Very modern with good facilities and friendly, helpful staff. The room we had was very clean, in fact the whole hotel was spotless, and a good size with great shower room and good size balcony with table and 2 chairs. The bed was very comfortable. The facilities in the hotel were also very good. In the case of the experience at the hotel we were not let down. Staff were excellent, always helpful and friendly. Facilities were great; wonderful outdoor pool with towels provided and poolside service . Excellent breakfasts individually made if required.   Staff were amazing. I spent two nights at the Authentic Luxury in Split. The staff took the time to share the history of their home and were very helpful. Staff took great pride in their facilities.   The location is fantastic: 5 minutes walk to Diocletian's Palace, but tucked around the back of a building and thus absolutely quiet. Central Split can be a raucous party scene, but Royal Suites is dead quiet, despite its proximity. The staff is also absolutely fantastic. Someone also waited up for our arrival at 11 PM on a Sunday night. The - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Royal Suites, which is ideally situated near the old town. The highlight was the outstanding attitude of the staff, who provided us with excellent advice and support. Nothing was too much trouble for Maria, Tony, Tina and Lana. The room was very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed excellent breakfasts. We would certainly stay at the hotel again.

  I do not know where to start. We just finished traveling Croatia for 9 days and our last 2 nights were here in Split and it was the best accommodation we stayed in on our trip. The apartment was fully furnished. Dishes, washing machine, towels, tv, Internet. The owner, Branka, was the best as well. The location was excellent, right off the main s - We stayed in One Bedroom Apartment Senjska street. The owners were friendly and pro-active. It had a great location - slightly up Marjan Hill and a short walk to the Riva front. There are some lovely restaurants on the same street (Konobo Marjan, Tinel) as well as a little supermarket. The air-conditioning was good (and much needed!). Powerful shower. Lots of wardrobe space. All in all it surpassed expectations considering the relatively modest price. Recommended :)

  The apartment is luxury, new, clean and decorated very tastefully. Combination of wood and stone are rarely seen it will remain in our memories. (And, they left fresh, delicious cookies for us when we arrived. Yum!) It wasn't in the very center, but pretty close to everything we wanted to do. It was comfortable, across the road from a nice beach (which was a bit tough on the old feet). Beach bar served cold beer and good food. Bus stop into town and shop only 100metres away. Emelia was very helpful and friendly. - Apartment was new and great. The stuff war really nice and helpful. The beach is great place to go with children. We ate breakfast by the beach. Also the shop was close to get some food. It is easy to go to the old town by buss or taxi.

To start, our host, Marija, simply could not have been kinder or more accommodating. She was also very gracious about accommodating a couple of special requests we had. I stayed at Villa Marta with a group of five friends (two couples plus two solos), so we rented out the entire villa. I highly recommend booking the duplex apartment with terrace - the terrace is absolutely sp - I have been in Split many times before, but this was a truly authentic and special experience. We arrived to the house early, so we had a drink on our host at a cute little bar on a picturesque busy little square , where we soaked up the lively atmosphere of the city..
