  I was coming from Dubrovnik and we were 1,5 hours late because of the Bosnia-Croatia border crossing. Nevertheless, our host Lovre was still waiting for us and actually was in communication with our previous host trying to find out if we were save. I think it has a very good location, the old town is within a nice 10min - We liked everything about our stay. The owners were really friendly and helpful and they wouldn't bother us during our stay like it happened in other apartments before. It is literally 10 minute walk to downtown Split and 3 minutes to the local supermarket Konzum. The apartment is superbly furnished yet practical with all kitchen appliances incl. coffee machine. There is even a small patio with a table and chairs in front of the apartment.

  Excellent location to see Split. It's an easy walk to Diocletian's Palace. From there, we walked west along the Riva to Sperun and followed the trail up the Marjan Hill for a spectacular view. Another walk west from the apartment along the coast took us to the most western point of the Marjan Peninsula to watch an amazing sunset.   This was a fabulous location. The staff were amazingly helpful in recommendations and places to see. They even saved us a parking spot outside the villa. There is parking nearby also. We stayed in a renovated donkey stable that was full of character. A family run business . Breakfast was delicious ! Highly recommend this accomodation - Our hosts met us before we even got out of the taxi! Beautiful room. Quiet neighborhood in old town. Pero & Katja such warm and welcoming hosts. Can't imagine any place nicer to begin a vacation on the Dalmatian Coast.

  The apartment is luxury, new, clean and decorated very tastefully. Combination of wood and stone are rarely seen it will remain in our memories. Situated in quiet area only few minutes from the center, perfect location to experience all that Split has to offer . Very friendly and helpful owners arrange us a free parking. (And, they left fresh, delicious cookies for us when we arrived. Yum!) It wasn't in the very center, but pretty close to everything we wanted to do. While it wasn't cheap, we really appreciated the nice accommodations and the helpful team so it was worth the price.

  Highly recommend this place!! So relaxed, so friendly. The owners kind of made you feel like it was your own little holiday villa in Split. The outdoor kitchen and courtyard was always full of tourists swapping stories and hanging out together. We had a blast there and will be going back next July. Ante, Antoinetta & Daniella...   We only stayed in this apartment one night, with a very last-minute (same day) booking, but were really impressed with the place. All the lighting, fittings and decoration are beautiful, the bed was comfy, and we enjoyed the complementary fruit and coffee. If you prefer self-catering this is much, much nicer than an equivalent hotel for the price.... was die leute sagen » We arrived around 6.30pm and were met by a very friendly host who was exceedingly helpful with regard to making us feel at home and find our way arou - The owner was extremely helpful, very friendly and warm. He was very kind to organise the taxi transfer from Split airport and let us leave our suitcases in the apartment before the actual check in time. We arrived late in the evening with a little toddler and had to organise something to eat. Pave showed us where the nearest supermarket is and where we could get a take away. He made us feel very welcome.
