  Rooms are clean, spacious, well designed. Beds are comfortable. The hotel has just been renovated, it has a country feel with wooden floors. Great location for West Lake. 10 minute walk. - The location was great - 10 min walk or 3 min bike ride away from the west lake. The service was good too and the hotel owners were really nice.

  The staff is just great, helpful, friendly, smiling and generous. I remember I was sunbathing, looking at the beautiful bamboo forest, when someone working at Howoo came to me and offered me a delicious cup of coffee, though I had asked for nothing.   wirklich außerordentlich empfehlenswert, Personal waren sehr nett. Zimmer war Sauber und mit guter Ausstattung - The couple running this hotel are very nice and obliging and warm and friendly - Very ewlcoming and helpfull staff. Nice and confortable room.

  My best Chinese hostel experience ever. The staff was excellent and very helpful. Even though the location is not in the center it is easily accessible by bus. We had a beautiful view from our causy room. I loved the colours of the hostel. Our bathroom lights were broken but they had it fixed in no time which is amazing in China. About 10 min bike to the West Lake and there is a free public bike station nearby(in the parking lot of the Zoo). The price is cheap.
