  Our car had broken down just outside Newcastle (had to be towed) causing us to be late arriving at Hotel, with only 1/2 hour for a quick change to attend a family wedding. Staff were fantastic making checkin QUICK, and booking a taxi to get us to the church on time!! Room was lovely, but unfortunately we didn't have time to enjoy & relax. Decent size coffee mugs in addition to the normal small cups. 4. Room was a decent size and well decorated and well lit with both natural light and light fittings. 5. The balcony was excellent, private and with an ocean view. 6. Short distance from the beach.

We should admit that we have never before eating in the restaurant and adore every bit of the dish. We stayed in middle floor room with ocean view - that was really amazing! We had a small problem with the toilet and staff moved us to another room very promptly and efficiently. (As it was a weekend maintenance staff were not available). Situation very good. He then forgot the correct date. They checked with us & allowed grandson to stay the following day. Now that's service for you!!
