  Loved my villa by the creek. Waking up to the trees was lovely and sitting on the back deck watching the bush turkeys and lizzards run around. The location was so convenient with the beach a block away. Also within the block there were three restaurants (Pizza, Mix and Pasta), post office, Pharmacy, general store and a bottle shop. All with prices comparative to the big supermarkets. Brilliant walking trails. We also saw many whales from the many lookouts. It is a straight drive into the CBD. Great all round

  As I have trouble negotiating stairs, I was impressed to find a lift in this motel. There was plenty of undercover parking, and I found a spot directly in front of reception and the lift. The staff were extremely helpful and obbliging, and assisted me in making phonecalls to sort out a problem with my credit card on arrival. This was booked as a one night stop over between the sunshine coast and sydney, however, after a night in the Mid-Pacific motel we would have actually liked to stay for a while in Port Macquarie for a couple of days longer. The rooms were really well presented, clean, fresh and welcoming. My fiance and I booked the executive room and were surprised at the quality of the room for the low cost. We will be returning and making this a frequent stop

  We were returning to Aston after a really good experience the first time on our visit to Australia. It offers all the comforts and quietness we like and is only a short distance from the centre of Port Macquarie. We were put in a bigger room to accommodate the fact that we had a toddler with us. The room was beautifully appointed, very comfortable, excellent Wifi, and the motel is in a quiet location.
