Staff were extremely helpful and very polite. The cleanliness of the property was good. We booked for one night, but unfortunately I spent 8 hours at St Vincents Hospital. From the helpful reception to my room to the spa, my experience was wonderful. The bed was comfortable, the surroundings upmarket, the spa and lap pool relaxing. Quiet too.
