  The staff were friendly, welcoming and took time to ensure we had all that we needed. They also gave us directions of where to find places and information about restaurants that were open on the public holiday. The room and ensuite were spotless. It was bright and had a good view. It was central to all of the Golf Courses and was in close proximity of eateries, bars, shops and transport. The facilities(pool, spa and sauna) were also an added bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful and room was clean and modern and more than adequate in size and facilities.

We were grateful to be able to leave our car in the carpark even after we had checked out, giving us a bit more time to explore Launceston before heading off. Natalie, the receptionist was absolutely wonderful! Nothing was too much trouble and she gave us an extremely warm welcome! I had stayed there twice before in 2008. It was the first time for my 2 sisters and they were very impressed with the location, Natalie's service and the breakfast in the morning.
