  I really enjoyed my stay here, the room was big. Okay I had been upgraded to a larger room but it was big which I liked. Didn't hear traffic noise although very near a busy road. Central to many places, Roma St. Station and Park a short walk away. Central Station a block away. Shops a couple of blocks away. SouthBank a good walk but very doab... was die leute sagen » le. The bar has a nice outdoor area overlooking the street, a nice place to refresh and cool down after wandering our Brisbane on a warm day. - The staff made our stay amazing, nothing was an issue. Every request was actioned so quickly. Everyone was very friendly and that made such a difference. We will always stay at the Pullmans. Service was just amazing.

I was a bit nervous after reading some of the negative reviews but this place is a gem. Cheap and right in the heart of the city. The room was small but perfect for a single. Air conditioning, TV, kettle, fridge, wardrobe, iron, ensuite and quiet. I've paid twice this for a comparable room in a comparable location. No hesitation in recommending and will definitely stay here again. - I read lots of very negative on-line reviews about this hotel; so upon arrival, I was apprehensive. But I was surprised - location was perfect for the price I pay. Service was good and my room, towel and linen were clean. I would recommend this hotel again to any solo traveller especially ones on business trips. I wouldn't recommend it to a family on long holiday trips as size of standard room is small.

  We have visited Brisbane several times, and this was the best hotel we have stayed in. The rooms are spacious,nicely furnished and very comfortable - and, given the extremely central location, amazingly quiet. This is an hotel without that 'just another hotel room' feel. We will definitely stay here again. - Stepping into the 2 bedroom sub penthouse room was a step back in time and complete luxury. We loved the plush furnishings, the large space, functionality and elegant decor. The position is perfect, on the corner of Queen street mall yet no street noise. The paper delivery each morning was a nice touch as was fresh milk in the fridge. We would recommend the Royal Albert (especially the sub pent house apartments) to all.

  The facilities were beautiful, clean and exactly what we wanted for our weekend away. the concierge was always friendly and helpful when we needed help to find somewhere we were looking for and great meal places to go to and when we came in from our day out the staff were there to greet us and even offered a bottle of water as they seen it was hot... was die leute sagen » outside. My husband and myself stayed in a one bedroom apartment. The thing that absolutely sold me on this hotel was the service. From our arrival the check in staff and concierge were so helpful. Can't think of a time recently when I have received such consistently good customer service from an establishment!!   I requested a room with a view as this was a special occasion. The room had a great view overlooking the river and park across the street. Most probably one of the best stays I have had in a hotel. The facilities were great and everything was clean and in a working order.   Firstly as I was travelling with a friend - it was far more comfortable for us to have an apartment with a bedroom/bathroom each and enjoy the larger lounge area together and cook if we wanted to in our kitchen. Far more cost effective than 2 small rooms in a big Hotel! I had never been to Brisbane before so wanted to be central to city and enjo... was die leute sagen » y the view of the river particularly at night - we were not disappointed as had a exceptional view from our apartment on level 7. We walked with ease - Deceiving at first as the door to my room was off one of the carpark levels (I was only on level 2). But open the door to a wonderful surprise - a huge long apartment with good bed, full size dining table, full size fridge, oven, cooktop, smallish lounge area with decent size tv and a large outdoor patio area with dining set and sliding doors to block out the nearby traffic.
