  We found the managers very helpful. On the second night of our stay 6 tiles fell off in the shower and nearly caused some personal damage. They were very helpful and offered us to change rooms. As we were exhausted from skiing all day we declined but the room next door was vacant so for safety reasons we utilised that shower. We had a flat battery one of the mornings and the owner helped us jump start the car and we still got up the mountain for first lifts! Staff were very friendly and helpful. - owner was just fantastic same as employees. Happy to help us out when had problems with tv. Super happy that he was so nice to the kids even though was busy.
