  Byron Cove Beach house was welcoming and small. Provided a quiet oasis with extremely clean and well equipped rooms. Easy walk to the beach. The walk to the town was a bit long, but easily done if you're wearing comfortable shoes. Breakfast each morning was lovely. It was the most delightful stay with my sister who was visiting from Italy. Very convenient and beautifully decorated accommodation. Love to return.

  The welcome by receptionist was excellent, telling us not only about the motel but also about Byron Bay. A 2 minute walk to the beach through the back gate of the motel and across sand dunes. A walk of a further 5 mins or so along the beach brings you into Byron Bay. Walk along pleasant road into B.Bay took 10 mins max all on the level,thus an exc... was die leute sagen » ellent location. We arrived by Greyhound Coach and it took us no more than 15 minutes to get there on foot. The motel was spotlessly clean both inside - Great service! They were keen to help with anything, provided a continuous supply of toiletries/tea/coffee /hot chocolate and even had umbrellas, towels and games that we could borrow for free. The bed was very comfortable and it was great to have air conditioning and foxtel in the room. The beach is literally a minute away and it's a 2 minute walk from the main street.

  This family run B&B was welcoming, comfortable, had onsite parking and was quiet. It felt like home. It is on the main road on the edge of the commercial strip across from the RSL. It is within walking distance of the beach. The continental breakfast ($10) was really good with fruit, cereals with yoghurt &/or milk, croissant, toast, juice ... was die leute sagen » and coffee or tea. We will certainly visit again. - It was close enough to the town centre but was still quiet, the owner was very helpful and friendly, the room was a good size and very comfortable, and everything was clean and welcoming. Didn't try the brekkie so can't comment on that but the choice of food and the price was great.

  I loved the position (we were being picked up as a group at the surf club directly opposite) and the very friendly reception. We were allowed an early check in for the bags. The motel has been very tastefully refurbed and the bed was great. Had we stayed another night the kitchenette would have been handy. It even smells good and is impeccably clean, plus includes breakfast and cooking facilities. It's perfectly located away from the town in a residential oasis. Only a few mins drive to shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend it!

  Coming from a Hotel Management background, I know what it means to make people feel at home- I felt that everything was easy and effortless- by this I mean that everything was seamless, and the staff all gave the genuine impression that it was truly a pleasure to work there and look after the guests. I also wish to make specific mention to the food- I had the pleasure of enjoying the chef's specials last Sunday - Our apartment with full kitchen, laundry and enormous bath was perfect for our family. It immediately felt homely with the bonus of comforts and amenities of a top class resort. The rainforest boardwalk was a joy to explore and the hotel was a convenient 5 minute drive to the town centre, or a 10 minute stroll to Tallow Beach. Complementary morning yoga on the verandah was also a lovely way to start the day. The staff were a stand-out; consistently pleasant and helpful throughout our stay.
