  Wir hatten eine Cabin. Sehr sauber (jeden Tag wird gründlich geputzt), super ausgestattet (in Küche alles vorhanden was man braucht, selbst Essig, Öl, Tee, Zucker etc.; Fön im Bad). Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit (helfen bei allerlei Wünschen und Problemen). Perfekt Englisch sprechend. Wären gerne länger geblieben. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt... was die leute sagen » . Sehr zu empfehlen. - Das Hotel ist recht neu, edel, schlicht, sauber. Das Personal ist einfach supernett. Auf jede Bemerkung oder Wunsch ist das Team eingegangen - so ausgeprägt habe ich das noch nie erlebt. Man kann sogar nachts Wäsche waschen lassen etc. Ich kann das Hotel wirklich sehr empfehlen, nochmals vielen Dank - muchisimas gracias!

  I must say this hotel could not of been better as far as taking care of us. When we needed extra nights they worked hard to let us stay in our same room. The last night we had to move across the street and they let us walk over and still enjoy their fabulous breakfast!!! They made sure my husband had Gluten free as well. Checkin/checkout were very quick, bellman always around and helpful.The breakfast was very good by argentine standards. This property is obviously run by a profesional hotelier. The rooms are large, cozy and very well designed.A spectacular value at the price offered.

  The hotel locates at the end of the main street and took me less than 10 minute walk from the hotel to the town centre. Even so, the location did not cause any problem because (1) there were supermarket, small shops, restaurant, fast food stores next to or opposite to the hotel; and (2) all local tours offered hotel pick-up and drop-off services.... was die leute sagen » The room was spacious, clean and tidy. The wifi was weak a little bit at our room but the connection was strong at reception and common area. The sta - Spacious room, big comfortable bed, nice little balcony with lake views, friendly helpful staff, nice breakfast, good common areas, good wifi. The service was excellent - we accidentally dropped a bottle of white wine on the floor and it smashed and wine went everywhere - they sent someone to clean it up straight away. The reception staff also booked a Minitrek tour of the glacier for us after we tried unsuccessfully to get a response ourselves from the company running the tour (Hielo Aventura)

  Very nice and willing personel, what more they spoke fluently english which is not very common in argentina. Hotel was well situated, nice and clean room and also quite. Hotel is situated on the oppsite side of the main street (you just walk all in all not more then hundred meters and you are on the main street). Very nice to come back after a long day of hiking to a place like that. The rooms are not big, but they are enough. There is a lot of sitting areas in the lobby, cozy. Was fun having coffee on a comfy sofa every day. The location is excellent, everything is nearby, if we ever go back to el calafate this will be our first choice.

  The owner and staff were very friendly. And always willing to give you a lot of information. The interior of the hosteria is very cosy and the rooms are spacious and clean. There is also garden.   We loved staying in the Santa Monica Apartments. The log cabin was really cosy and we were very comfortable. We enjoyed our delicious breakfasts which were brought to the cabin each morning. It's just round the corner from the main street in El Calafate so really conveniently located. The service was exceptionally good.   Located very close to the bus terminal and the town. Staffs (Mother and the son) were very very helpful and flexible with the payment, check in/ check out time and so on. One day we had to leave at 5:30am, breakfast starts at 6am but they left coffee and breakfast for us. Room was big, clean, and has all the basics. I recommend this hotel! - New owners since May 2013. Making it a warm welcoming place. We stayed 4 nights. Superfriendly, English and Spanish speaking. Very helpfull, especially Ramiro who helped us with everything we asked and more, even with our bustickets to ibera! Nice big comfortable rooms, clean with comfy beds, great breakfast. Close to busstation and one block from main street. We warmly recommend this place! One of the best places we stayed at in Argentina!
