Large room with very good bed. Spacious and comfortable shared areas. Good location. Mendoza is a great place to visit - the winery tours, walking around, restaurants, ...We could not find any street without trees!
When we arrived there were problerms with AC and lights. They were quickly fixed. Quite ordinary breakfast. Limited knowledge of English at the reception, but everything could we handled in the end.
The inclusive daily spa was a great treat. Spacious room and good bed.
The a/c was noisy and not effective enough. The bathroom could do with a makeover.
The apartment was appropriately equipped and was in a convenient location.
It did not have a hair dryer.
We stayed at the executive suite which was HUGE, lots of space, nicely decorated.
The room was on the second floor and it was super noise, to the point you cant really sleep after 8 am due to its location.
The hotel staff were courteous and some spoke English. Breakfast was free and ample. There is free off-street parking. Ask for an inner room to avoid hearing traffic noise at night. The hotel was not Luxurious but was clean and functional. I would stay there again.
The streets outside the hotel are dirty and sometimes noisy, but that is Mendoza.

Breakfast is not as good as I was expecting. No hot stuff. Front man forgot to book a reservation in a excursion for us. No biggie, actually, i'm just mentioning because it happened!
