The blonde lady at the reception, Graciela was extremely friendly & helpful. No matter how busy she was, she always had that friendly smile. Location is very good.
No fresh fruit or fruit juice for breakfast. The wifi was weak in the room. The towels were old.
Very convenient location. The price was very favourable.
A small point: there was no mat on the floor in the bathroom which was very slippery when wet. So I had to take great care to avoid an accident.
The staff were very helpful and it's posible to book good trips through the hotel.
Breakfast wasn't so good.
